The apartment "Casa Vacanze Lu Pizzu Di Nardó" is located in Nardó and is an excellent destination for a relaxing getaway. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a cot, and a pouf that can be converted into a bed, one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people. An additional guest can be accommodated on the convertible pouf.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee machine. A baby cot is also available. The apartment offers a variety of outdoor spaces, including an open terrace and a spacious balcony.
The property is close to the beach and directly on the road leading to the train station, in a well-served area with a hairdresser, supermarket, bakery, grocery store, bar, and many other shops. The house has been recently renovated and a new air conditioning system for hot and cold air has been installed. Solar panels provide hot water.
Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, smoking inside the building and parties are not permitted. The property has storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Upon request, you can arrange bike tours and SUP board and kayak activities for an extra fee.
