Excellent Hotel In Nashville

Excellent hotel, staff was great, super nice. Rooms are inviting and modern. Only issue was the TV remote did not work. Was stuck on Marriott TV. The only buttons that worked were the sleep timer and power. At least i could watch TV on my phone. All in all i would stay here again.

Good stay but not great

The front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Attention need to be given to the smell of the rooms, we reserved two rooms and both smelled the same. Hotel shower soap dispenser was empty. Overall the beds were comfortable.

Had a great stay at Aloft. The ambiance was cool, the bar was great, and everyone was super friendly. Dina and Josh at the bar made it a fun time every night. Amber at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Kevin in security and Hakim were both awesome. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Place was fantastic and the staff was awesome. Only “complaint” is the tv guide isn’t accurate. It might show “channel 33 history channel” and when you click on it, it pulls up TLC or a channel above or below it. Once i figured out which channel it actually was it was fine. We have stayed at this property four or five times now and have always found it to be a good fit for us until this trip. We did not have hot water in the shower which is just not acceptable. The free coffee service in the lobby was lacking cups and creamer and no one seemed to be in a hurry to gather more for patrons. In addition, the hotel just seemed noisier at night than we had previously noted. We will need to rethink where we book the next time we are planning a trip to Nashville.

This property was very clean and the staff was amazing. Don't let the airport part fool you. We didn't hear any airplanes at all!! The rooms were contemporary but cozy. The staff will get you anything you need! We had to call for extra pillows the first night and then the third night, they delivered with a smile on their face. Not far at all from Broadway, really was a 10 minute drive.
