From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, it was apparent that the pictures from the website did not adequately portray the l location and overall poor condition of this hotel. It was run down, and the carpet was stained, my son and I left as soon as we walked in the room.

Expected more from Wyndham property

The negatives. They have attempted to upgrade but. Poorly done. The bathtub was stained and caulk around tub and floor poorly installed up the side of tub. Big gaps under door. The hair dryer didn’t work. No attention to detail for overall maintenance of the building. Positives. The king bad was comfortable and the room was quiet.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT WAS DIRTY AND GROSS. THE ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLE AND WE REFUSED TO TAKE A SHOWER IN THIS PLACE DUE TO CLEANLINESS. THE CITY SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!

Love almost every baymont but this one beware does charge 100$ cash deposit for locals. Over all good price just didn’t appreciate the deposit.

This was my second stay at Murfreesboro Baymont, neither visit was great. The first visit, we had multiple issue with the key cards not unlocking the door. This visit, the toilet clogged multiple times, we had to keep going to the front office both trips. Both trips the cleaning staff forgot items in our room, once a date book of some kind and twice cleaning supplies. Not huge deals, but a pattern. Also, the intersection to leave the hotel has horrible traffic most of the time, so that is a huge pain, and during our 4 day stay there were 6 major accidents. I probably will not stay at this hotel again. The hotels contract also states NO DOGS ALLOWED, and there were multiple dogs staying there both times. I can say that the bed are comfortable, and the pillows are great.
