This was a great stay for the price. Recently updated, clean and free breakfast. The staff up front was friendly. The fitness center was bare but was better than working out in 30 degree weather.

Convenient location with updated rooms. Breakfast was hot & delicious with multiple options. Beds were comfortable however the outside area was loud early in the mornings. Good stay for the price. I would stay here again.

It was conveniently located near the interstate. It had no elevators making it difficult to carry our bags to our room.

The room was clean and inviting. The locks worked well, and we felt safe in our room on the front of the building. The back side of the building was not as well lit. The external environment was quiet, except for normal road noise. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and the AC was quite noisy when it cycled on. Unfortunately, we all slept poorly for these reasons. Breakfast was good and the dining area was tidy.

Even though I had booked a non-smoking room, it clearly had been smoking at some point. I am VERY sensitive to smoke, so it made it very unpleasant. It literally woke me up in the middle of the night.

Overall Good Experience

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower and lots of hot water. The hotel is located in a very busy spot. There are many nearby restaurants and other service venues. Outside noise was a constant. Perhaps keeping with the Music City vibe, someone played music well into the night on both nights that we were there. No guest laundry. The pool was outdoors and not in service. No hot tub either. We would stay there in the future, as it was a good value.
