Shut down breakfast before it was said time. Nothing left and no offer to refill. Had to ask for waffle mix. Parking for this size of hotel is not sufficient. Elevators extremely slow so had to use the stairs which is not a problem unless you are trying to pack all your luggage down them.

I often visit Nashville and stay at this hotel. Usually the rooms are very clean and staff is friendly for the most part. This recent visit, I noticed a decline in my overall experience. While checking in two sketchy looking men were exiting the hotel & overly complementary. It made me a little uncomfortable. I proceeded with my check in, as I was checking in I observed hotel staff or family I’m assuming on a personal phone call (FaceTime) in the lobby with her shoes off talking extremely loud. (Very unprofessional) Once I made it to my room. The room was somewhat clean. The linen was clean & it appeared the room had been serviced. However the bathroom wall had streaks like something had spilled & it was build up dirt in the corners of the floor. The room was in need of through cleaning. Overall the stay was tolerable for the price. It has been much better in the past. I hope with a little more attention to detail ownership can improve customer experience.
