Incredible property, it's a 2 bed 1 bath house basically, I was expecting a much smaller place but it is very spacious. The home is well-decorated and extremely comfortable, this is a case where the home is even nicer than it looks like in the pictures. Stephan was very kind and easy to work with, he takes his role as a host very seriously. Highly recommend this property!

My lower rating has nothing to do with the property itself, but with the listing. At the top of the listing, it says it’s the entire home but it’s not. The homeowner is in the basement. He said that there is no way to access the main level from the basement except there’s a door that swings into the staircase that goes downstairs. It is listed in the listing that the homeowner will be there at the bottom of the amenities drop-down box. The very bottom in two little sentences. To me this feels very misleading. The owner seems very nice and kind, but that’s not what we signed up for. I just wish the listing wouldn’t say entire home on it and if you’re going to state that the homeowner is going to be there it should be at the bottom of the page where other details are listed on the main page of the listing. It’s not an amenity or a benefit to have the homeowner downstairs during your stay. The home is nice, but it’s an older home so every sound is going to travel between those two floors. It just didn’t feel like there was any layer of privacy whatsoever. It’s a perfect spot for someone renting the property that is fine with the homeowner being there. It was not for us.

The cottage was beautiful! Such a comfortable space to just relax and watch tv with a long distance friend. We loved the vibe of the low lighting mixed with interesting and beautiful decorative piecea and art. Since Nashville is the halfway meeting point for us, we would definitely book again in the future!

Absolutely fabulous house. Wonderful location in Green Hills. Beautiful decorations. Charming host. I go back and forth to Nashville regularly. This cottage is by far my favorite place to stay. It has been completely remodeled. The owner is an exceptionally talented designer. The building itself is a sanctuary near the hustle and bustle but completely removed from it. We ordered food in just so we could relax in this peaceful house.

The whole place has a beautiful designer look. It is beautiful! I wish it had been warm so we could have enjoyed the multiple patios. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom is very nice. It is very clean and quiet.

Almost Heaven

Almost Heaven describes this incredible cottage. From the time to you are stepping in the door until you check out, the peaceful feeling stays with you. This home is incredible! This home feels like a story book setting. It is decorated to make you feel very special and with a stress free environment. I’ve stayed in many homes but this one is by far the best ever. Oh yea, did I mention the owner is very kind and loving gentlemen who has a caring heart. It’s a must stay if you are looking for the complete package. It’s been over a month since we stayed there and we are still amazed at this place. We will be back. Not only is the cottage very nice but you will leave knowing that you have made a friend in the owner as well. Five Stars!Experience the WOW FACTOR!

Relaxing, quiet lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood.

My family and I came to Tennessee for a family wedding and wanted to do some fun things in the area. The home is just lovely, warm and inviting! Everything has been thought out in detail by Stephen and it was a joy to stay at his rental! We all fell in love with the home and would encourage others to not miss this if you are staying in Nashville! It's very quiet, nicely appointed and in a wonderful neighborhood with a wonderful host if you need anything!

We loved the fireplace! It had comfy beds and furniture. Very clean! The owner thought of anything you might need and provided so many amenities. Professionally decorated inside and not a place for wild children, pets, or parties. In an upscale, quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes drive to great shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful place to stay in Nashville

Great location, 10/15 minutes from downtown Nashville near great retail, The Bluebird Cafe, and an area of gorgeous homes. A fantastic getaway from the craziness of Lower Broadway, this place is peaceful and decorated like home, only nicer. Every inch of this home is thoughtfully done. I hope I get to come back soon.

The host was definitely a super host. He puts a lot of effort into making the Corner Cottage a peaceful, friendly, and comfortable experience. It will take you a while to appreciate the detail in artistic expression that the host has created for his guests. He exceeds what would be my expectation for five stars providing a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. I would give this host 6 stars.

Perfectly Appointed; But the Host is the Best Part!

This is, by far, the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in. If you have ever dreamed of living in a perfectly appointed home, this is your chance! The home is a feast for the eyes and abounds with details! You will feel at home immediately and wonder how you "lucked" upon such a beautiful place! However, the best part of the whole stay is the owner. One of his "super powers" is the ability to quickly connect with people. He warmly welcomed our family and made an already special visit even more so. Stay here. You will be so happy that you did!
