Angie at the front desk was so unbelievably sweet and had a room for us to check in early along with great recommendations for us while we were there to check out! The room was awesome, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located about 12 minutes from the Gaylord where my work conference was being held. My wife and I look forward to coming back in the early summer this next year!!

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable but bed was a bit too high for us. I am 5'7 and had a hop to get into bed. Pillows are small pillows for bed. Our AC made a very loud rattle all night but once i finally fell asleep i slept all night. Body wash container was empty.

The room itself was fine. The atmosphere however was AWFUL. There was constantly the smell of someone smoking weed. On 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, there were people in the hallway at like 2-3 in the morning literally screaming at each other for ridiculously long periods of time. We also were not even able to utilize the shuttle service to get around town because there was no driver. Overall, would not choose to book here again.
