Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, this modern 1 bedroom condo is perfect for couples traveling together, families, or larger groups (sleeps up to 6 w/ multiple sleeping options)! You can walk to several local neighborhoods including the Gulch with the "Wings Mural," the Music City Center, the bars on Broadway, and 12th South!

The building has a heated pool that opens in early March (currently open) and closes in November. There is also a gym on site.

Inside the unit you will find everything you will need to relax and/or work on your trip. The condo includes a balcony patio that overlooks the pool, an office/work space, WiFi, and a Roku with HBO, and basic cable thru SlingTV!

There are 4 possible sleeping options: There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room, a queen sized sofa bed for the office, and a twin sized air mattress available. I also have another unit available in the building if you are traveling with a larger group.

The building is safe and secure with a 24 hour lock on the main entrance of the building with a security guard on duty from 10 pm to 2 am on weekends. Free parking in a gated garage parking space is also included, and there is plenty of street parking in the area if you are bringing more than one car. It is a residential building so please be courteous to the neighbors. The pool area includes a grilling area.

The building is located in the Gulch South neighborhood, an upscale and safe neighborhood, that is about a 10 minute walk to the Gulch, the area of town which includes several murals including the famous "Wings” and several great restaurants and breweries including Sambuca, a chic live music joint; Party Fowl for Nashville Hot Chicken; Arnold’s, the best meat and three in town; and Yazoo Brewery and Jackalope Brewery, two of the original breweries in Nashville.

Basic hotel amenities and coffee are also included. There is a full set of kitchenware and pots and pans in the unit for cooking.

It is a short Uber ride anywhere in the city, but if the weather is nice, as it often is in Nashville, it is a short walk (or scooter ride) to a number of well known attractions and neighborhoods:

Our host was exceptional place was very clean and cozy. Close to the strip yet far away to have peace and quiet. Parking wasn’t bad we had a 2020 Chevy Traverse and fit just fine. Neighborhood is very friendly and we met some really cool people by the pool. Plus also is there is a golf cart shuttle service right next door, we left the driving up to them we also Uber’d back from Broadway and was only 6.00 so not worth driving and paying parking. All and all we will be back again soon.

Stayed in Nashville with 3 little kids. They enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to The Gulch. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Pretty quiet at night and the balcony is a great place to chill out. We would stay here again for sure.

Technically not for families

The owner was truly accommodating and tried to help us as much as possible so let me start by saying the space was nice and big enough for our family of 6. The pool and gym were nice to have access to. However, their cleaning crew looks like they basically took out trash only and never really cleaned and the owner said they were addressing it and didn’t know. Sent pics and videos to them. Although the parking garage is a good security feature if you do not have a very small compact car it will not fit in the spot assigned and we had to park outside on the street. Very sketchy corner and dark. Also have to go back to garage gate to get in because only place code worked. With kids and coming and going this was not the spot for us for multiple reasons but main one was the party busses and hub for that scene was all over this place. The tour buses and the partygoers that rode them shared the driveway of this place so if you’re single or having a bachelor party this is the place to stay. Again good location but needed a deep clean and that is supposed to be addressed. They did refund our cleaning fee because of it as well.

Great landing spot for Nash-Vegas adventures

This is a great option if you want to get out of the craziness of Broadway but still want to be nearby. The space is probably best for a couple. We did use the pullout in the den. Both beds were fine, although my friend did mention the springs in the den. We did have loud neighbors come back in early morning hours (if they are running up & down the hallway you can hear them from the den). The pool is in the middle of all apartments so when there are people swimming with loud music you hear it (fortunately they can only use the pool from dawn to dusk). Within walking distance to The Gulch (there is an overpass on 12th) which has lots of food options (Adele’s, The Dutch). We never got in Milk & Honey and Biscuit Love ( waits were always 1 hr+). Go to Station Inn for live music in The Gulch. $20 cash cover but so worth it. Uber ride was about 15 min from airport. Kitchen seemed fully stocked although we dined out the whole time. Also walking distance to Music Row (15 min). The closest grocery store was in The Gulch. There were towels, linens, soap and a washer/dryer if needed. Also a hair dryer. If you have time and want to get out of the city, head to Arrington Vineyards (about a 30-40 min drive). On a nice day it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon. There is food there but you can also bring your own. And 1 flight pp and bottles of wine for purchase. There is live music on 2 stages. All in all a really great landing spot for all your Nash-Vegas adventures!

Great place, safe and secure parking

This property is just as described and the property manager is very responsive. We loved the feeling of safety with the secure entries including the secure garage and elevators. Location was great! You can walk to the Gulch, take a $7 Lyft ride to Broadway and several other nearby places. The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us. Pool was clean and never over crowded. The only small complaint is the bed in the master was a little uncomfortable for me, but not so much it disrupted sleep. Overall, we liked this property and enjoyed our stay.
