Layout:
The first floor is comprised of the living area, kitchen, laundry room, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has king bed and en suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms on this level each have a queen bed, and a shared bathroom between the two. The upstairs has a spacious bonus room with two full beds. There is a fire pit that can be used as a charcoal grill. Gig speed internet is also available along with premium cable.

Parking:
Please park in the driveway. There are two spaces available.

Just 15 minutes from downtown, Hermitage is neighborhood of Nashville that's located on the eastern side of the city. It has a small town feel and easy access to nature, history, and Nashville proper. It is named in honor of Andrew Jackson's plantation, The Hermitage, that is located in the area. Seamless process

We booked the property for post op recovery stay for family member. Convenient to Summit Hospital and Surgery Center. Quiet well kept newer neighborhood/ subdivision. Property was clean and as represented on VRBO. No surprises! Property owner was accommodating.Recommend small investment in a spatula for kitchen and soft close toilet seats. Other than those details, a very comfortable stay.

Family reunion

This place was fabulous. The photos did not do it justice. It was very spacious and so much room for everyone. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. We can’t wait to come back. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of parking.

Nice location and great space

Host is very receptive and responded to our early request upon check in. In our 5 week stay, the lawn and garden was maintained by a crew, so it always looked nice. There is very good accommodations for 10 ppl. but we only had 4-5 ppl. at time. It was a perfect location for proximity to airport, broadway and Music City Greenway biking trails. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded Expectations

Best house we have rented for tour purposes so far. We had ample room for each of our 6 members to have a bed and almost have their own space where they could close a door and have some privacy if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and a great change of pace from where we were playing the four days we stayed. Clean and beautiful amenities. We plan to book back the next time we have an extended stay in the Nashville area!
