Noa Nashville is designed from the ground up to be a short term rental property and it shows.
They just opened in mid-October 2025, so we were some of the first guests, so everything was brand new - but everything also had been accounted for - not a single thing was missing or out of place. ?
And what everyone wants to know at the top - this place is a “hotel style” Airbnb - more like a boutique hotel (there are 16 units) than private residence - the furnishing, linens, and cleaning crew training is top notch.
They accommodated two requests prior to our stay and they were quick to respond.
The pool was great. We didn’t have a chance to try out the roof deck on our unit but it seemed nice, too.
The neighborhood had a lot of great restaurants that were walkable within a few blocks.
