It was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was filling. I also liked the free shuttle downtown. The problem is that "metrocenter" is a bit misleading. It's about 10 minutes from downtown. And the hotels were situated in office parks. It's minor but if you were expecting a downtown hotel, remember to rent a car.

Super clean rooms and very friendly staff! Came down for a tattoo appointment and was VERY happy with the room. Close to Broadway but a little ways from all the chaos! Will stay again!

Mixed stay.

We were told we woukd have room service every other day. Not a problem. But during an 8 day visit, the maids came once only after we had to go to the main desk with oyr trash bags. The front desk also had to gove us coffee etc. Hotel is near the bar district. Very noisy until 2 am some weekday noghts. Great for location. Could walk to many attractions and restaurants
