The overall stay at the property was great. The room was clean and had plenty of space. We did have to ask for a “bed in a bag” for the pullout sofa, as the room did not come with one when it is supposed to. No big deal. A downfall to the stay was the breakfast. While I know hotel breakfast is not always the best, they had paper thin bacon that broke apart instantly. The first breakfast of the stay (two nights at different times of the week as this was a halfway point in the trip) there was no meat served. Just eggs cooked a couple of different ways. A slightly better breakfast would’ve made this a definite 5 star review. If not worried about the breakfast, highly recommend. My nephew loved the pool too!

This was a welcome rest spot however the term ‘suite’ was misleading as it was only two small beds with a teeny pull out couch bed, bathroom & half wall of ‘kitchen’.. not any bigger than a small hotel room The pool was nice & staff were very kind! Great options for breakfast and pet friendly

The rooms and facility have been newly renovated. In fact, the first floor rooms and gym are currently in the final process to complete the renovation. You can smell the newness upon entering the room. Very well done from the decor to the linens! All superb, including staff! It's a Hilton! Don't expect less.

Starting with the reservation. I was not told we needed to call for the shuttle when we landed at the airport. We were there almost an hour watching others get picked up. Finally after finding your # was told we needed a reservation. Lucky for us the holiday Inn one brought us at that poor we were told there was a problem with yours. While there rooms were being renovated so elevators were tied up with mattresses being taken out. Poor timing. Only got up once for breakfast as not that great.
