The only thing I didn't like was I smelled cigarette smoke while in my room. I called the front desk,he came to my room. Told me that he couldn't smell anything. Said it was most likely the heater. The heat was never on. Then he said that it was people out on the sidewalk smoking. I was on the 3rd floor and I was looking out the window when he knocked on the door. And I prefer a coin laundry. That way I know how much the wash will be. Theirs are all by card. That's just my preference.

AWFUL experience. Customer service is awful and this location is not safe for a single woman traveling alone.
Coffee pot that clearly wasn’t checked by housekeeping. Becomes questionable if anything was cleaned properly.

I loved going to this hotel as I’ve been there many times before, unfortunately my last stay made me not want to go back as one of the staff was very rude and honestly that made my stay very upsetting.
