The room was fair, the heater did not work very well for the weather conditions. The bathroom was not clean and the sheets had a holes. Being it was 10pm hte night of the ice strorm I was glad to have gotten a room

Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application.
