Beautiful, peaceful modern farmhouse on an acre with a fenced yard, mature trees ample parking and a washer/ dryer.

The home sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to all the sites Nashville has to offer. We are pet friendly, but do not allow parties. The backyard has plenty of shade so you can enjoy grilling with your friends & family. Please be respectful to our neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Wonderful experieence

We were in the process to moving back into our home after a fire. Owners were so very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!! It has a amazing yard for your dogs!!
