Enjoy a walking tour of Civil War History or local ghost lore! Ditch the car and catch the Trolley to explore all that our charming city has to offer. This home was built in the 1930's to house workers from The Factory which produced mattresses once upon a time! It is a charming cottage, 850 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The den has a sleeper sofa as well. Each room has a queen bed. The home is most comfortable for four guests but can sleep six in a pinch. There is also a pack-N-play available for guest use. The front and backyards border the park with openings in the fence for locals to access the park. Two parking spots are available as well. There is a keyless entry system with code. You also have access to a stack unit washer and dryer, Keurig, iron with tabletop ironing board, hair dryer, kitchen staples(cooking oil, salt, pepper, basic spices, sugar packets). Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, blender, microwave, toaster, hand mixer and utensils. Basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent also available. Two parking spaces are provided at the back entry to the home. There is a city trolly that picks up at The Factory by which you can travel around the city and to the Cool Springs Galleria. Downtown Franklin is less than a mile from this home and is walkable by sidewalk.
