Seating areas include: 14 cushioned chaise loungers, outdoor sectional with chairs, 20 polywood adirondak chairs, 10+rocking chairs, 5 swings, two 10 x 12 covered dining areas, 15 x 20 cedar pergola with 3 hammocks, large front porch with additional rocking chairs. We are less than 1 mile to shops and restaurants and to the interstate. You can also safely walk and jog or relax on the verandas and porches in this quiet neighborhood.

The interior is equally elegant with all King-size beds, 4K 43-55” Smart TVs in every bedroom, 3 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, and claw-foot tub for soaking, one living area with 4K 70" Smart TV, Large kitchen with granite counter tops, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, laundry area with 2 full size washer/dryers. Arcade room has 2 Hydro-Thunder games, Crazy Shoot Basketball, Guitar Hero, In the Groove 3 dance game, Dynamo Air hockey, 2 Skee ball games, Super Bike2, 2 Fast & Furious games, Big Buck Safari, Big Buck Hunter Pro, Sports Shooting, Area 51 Shooting game, Soul Edge, Multicade with over 60 old school games, Arcades Legend with over 100 games including golden tee & Mortal Kombat, Silent Scope, Super Sega GT, Deer Hunting, Tekken 4, restored Brunswick Regina pool table played on by Minnesota Fats, a Juke box and a Karaoke Machine with 2 microphones. Please try to respect other neighbors by keeping outside noise levels to a minimum. $200 non-refundable pet fee required for one to three pets. No more than 3 pets allowed.

-We don't mind interacting but definitely can give you privacy.

Good location to everything while still living in the best up-scale part of Nashville/Rivergate. Established safe community with no through traffic. The wildlife in the neighborhood include wild turkey and deer in abundance

-CANCELLATION POLICY:

Strict: Tenant(s) Bookings cancelled at least two (2) months before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing's local check in time. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Guests will have access to the entire 4-bedroom home and amenities.

Our home is much larger (4,776 sq feet - consisting of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus additional sleeper sofas) than what is listed. However, Metro codes only allow us to advertise that we have 4 bedrooms and can host 12 guests. Please ask homeowner for further explanation.

Our home is located in a quiet subdivision with large lots. There is not through access, so traffic in this subdivision is minimal with just people who live here or are visiting. Great neighborhood for taking a walk or jog.

Enjoy plenty of hot water for showers with a tankless water heater.
