Great Location!

This property was fantastic for a bachelor party in Nashville. The proximity to the Gulch was an easy walk or scooter ride. Not far at all from Broadway or 12 South either. Check in and check out were incredibly smooth. Myself and my group would all stay again!

Great location

This home was a great place for our party of 15 to stay! It is convenient (walkable) to ‘the Gulch’ in Nashville and just a few minutes to downtown and Broadway via car or Uber. The host gave very good instructions regarding the property and was easy to reach and very responsive.

Great house for a group

This house is perfect for a small group. Lots of comfortable beds and 4 full baths so no waiting for the facilities. The roof deck is awesome and a nice large kitchen for cooking and gathering. Location is also perfect. Walking distance to many good places and a short ride to Broadway. Neighborhood seems to be popular for short term rentals so no issues with the neighbors. Highly recommend it and would definitely rent this place again.
