Good for the price, Friendly Staff

For the most part, the hotel was a no-frills stay that did the basics well. The bed was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was #56 and I would recommend not staying in 54,55,56, or 57 because the curtains did not protect us from the overpowering outside lights that lit up the entrance to the hotel. I think these are the only rooms that are right outside the hotel entrance. We were too tired to ask for a room change, but we probably should have. We used chip clips and towels to try to keep the lights out. The other thing was that the breakfast was cold one morning (the sausage), and I was like, maybe I shouldn't eat this. So we made waffles, which were fine. I would not pay extra for breakfast if you are comparing hotels. Additionally, they did not charge for parking during our stay, which was a nice perk for us.

This was the perfect place to stay for a four-day conference at the Opryland hotel. It was right across the street, clean, newly renovated and comfortable. The staff were all friendly, helpful and responsive. I was able to get a shuttle to the Country Music Hall of Fame to go to Broadway and back from the hotel for $15. The breakfast was included and consisted of eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, muffins, bagels, fruit, etc. I filled my coffee travel mug every morning as well as my water bottle so was equipped for the conference! I can’t think of one complaint!

Rooms were very affordable for the location and very nice and updated. We didn't care for the pool being right next to a bar , suggestion would be build a wall for some privacy. Served free breakfast from 6am-9pm and I am not an egg person but have to say their scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again if or when back in Nashville

The location was awesome if you are going to the Grand Ole Opry or General Jackson Riverboat. The mall is also very close for shopping or food. Very clean place, comfortable bed, staff super friendly, the only no so good thing is the noice from a really close bar. The high light outside my room because the window curtains are too short so the lights go through and was hard to sleep.
