We had a nice experience our first night. However the second night we returned to a room smelling of cigarette smoke. The people in the conjoining room with ours must have been smoking causing our entire room to smell extremely bad. It’s a no-smoking hotel, so based on this experience we would not return. We were happy enough with the rest of our room and experience though.

Amazing check in staff..old hotel.

The check in staff were super amazing and warm. Truly loved them all. I wanted to give them a hug. Sadly the room was seriously disgusting. It was dirty with food particles on the table and in the kitchenette. The bathrooms were just abysmal and the furniture was decrpid and old. I had to leave because there were bugs in my bed. I didnt want to complain because the reception staff were so lovely...the place needs a major overhaul.

This is a nice quiet hotel away from things but also not far from things. The room was neat and clean, but there were a few things that need attention. The extra safety latch fot the door was not able to be used as the catch plate was missing. Also, we had to rig the ice maker not to run because the on/off switch was also missing. So it couldn't be manually turned off. The bar sensor wouldn't shut it off automatically because the ice bin was too short to pile the ice appropriately to activate it. Other than that, the room was fine.

Eh. Atleast we didn’t get tetanus.

It was ok. Wasn’t very clean as far as the hotel or the room. Had a two room suite, one bed didn’t only had half the pillows on it. And for some reason they don’t have a breakfast but are still the same price as hotels nearby that do? Odd.

Room was decently clean, elevator was broken. Last night of stay a horrible alarm kept going off throughout the night. No explanation or apology - had to stay in my car to sleep because of this. At check out no accommodation was offered or apology made.

We arrived at the hotel evening of 2/14 and stayed 2/18. Upon waking up Sunday morning we found we had no hot water, the excuse was everyone was checking out of the hotel and used up all the hot water. Monday came and again no hot water. We were then told there is a problem with heating system. It was going on since Friday so they lied. Upon leaving the hotel that morning I asked what I assumed is the manager whether they will have hot today, if I would need to make other arrangements. She told me not to get snippy and she had no idea what her staff said. I feel this very unprofessional to first not know what your staff is telling the guests and to express an attitude with your guests. Poor communication and poor management. Do not stay here.

Carpet in the hallways looks very old and dingy. Hotel has a certain... scent? Hallways felt warm and muggy. Bathroom was less than spotless. There was no trash can in the bathroom. TV had no channel guide and took like 2–3 seconds to change each channel, so impossible to find something to watch. A few parts of the room were dirty and/or at some level of disrepair. Premium WiFi difficult to keep enabled. Help staff was very nice but kind of dressed down. The elevator was nice, there's plenty of parking, and it was a large room with extra amenities such as kitchen area, large fridge, large bathroom, separate bedroom. And no bugs or anything.

The room was ok. The hearing unit was loud. The microwave handle had duct tape on it so we were afraid to use it. When you pulled on the handle it would turn the microwave on.
