Tervetuloa Cherokee Unit 1: een, jossa hienostuneisuus ja lämmin nykyaikainen tyyli yhdistyvät tarjoamaan ihanteellisen paratiisin Nashville-perheen lomille ja matkoille jännittävään Broadway-kadulle. Valoisassa ja avoimessa huoneistossa on huippuluokan sisustus, kokin keittiö ja tilava olohuone, joka toivottaa tervetulleeksi juhliin. Päivän tutkimuksen jälkeen rentoudu muhkeissa sohvissa toistaessasi sävelmää soittimessa. Ole luova valtavassa keittiössä ja jaa ateria ja tarinoita tyylikkään ruokapöydän ja paahtolevyn ympärillä Nashvillen lomallesi!

Läheiset aktiviteetit: Radnor-järvi (retkeilyreitit), Nelsonin vihreä Brier-tislaamo, viiden pisteen pizza, Nashvillen eläintarha, kuuntelutilakahvila, kuudes ja peabody.

Loved it!

Close to everything. 20 minutes or less from all the fun stuff! parking wasn’t an issue, the house was very clean, and quiet! Don’t worry about the road noise, it is not bad! Any questions I had were responded to promptly! Will definitely return!

Long weekend get away

The place was very nice but lacked several things that should be common in a vacation rental. It had no toaster, no broom and dust pan, no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes on… furniture was very uncomfortable after being out all day we just wanted to come back and relax but the couch was terrible and it just had two stiff chairs for other places to sit. Also the side alley had trash all over it. Very disappointed on the location as we had two grandchildren with us and no place for them to even play outside. My bad for not looking at surroundings area better.

Industrial neighborhood

This home was clean, comfortable and a fine place to lay your head to sleep. We came with our daughter and granddaughter and the neighborhood was not so conducive to taking a walk or venturing out. The kitchen is equipped but not so much for actually preparing a meal. We would have been better in a more family oriented home.

Great property. Terrible check-in process

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms was especially handy. The location was decent - not great for walking but easy to get to highways and such by car so made for a good hub for exploring Nashville. We also appreciated the organization, where closets, cabinets, etc, were labeled with their contents. That was a big time saver. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars was the check-in process. After I had already booked (and paid) on Vrbo, I was asked to sign a lengthy contract (10+ pages), which had errors that were never corrected (though an agent for the property manager said others had complained about similar issues in the past). I also had to send a picture of my ID as well as my face, without having the option of viewing any kind of privacy policy and being able to opt out or cancel the reservation at this point. It seemed excessive, and I've never had to do that for any other property. I felt like I was forced with this and the contract, since I had already paid the non-refundable fee.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The neighborhood around the property isn’t the best, but the long dead end road that the property specifically is on and the homes around it appeared much newer and safe. Overall, the location didn’t bother us. It was easy to drive into downtown and to the airport from there. We had a wonderful stay and had everything we could need at the property.

Perfect vacation rental

This property was so well decorated and cute. Beds comfortable. Good location. Everything was so clean and felt fresh and new. Highly recommend. Good parking too. Lots of restaurants etc close by.

Great Host | Not So Great Location

Place was exactly as pictured. Enjoyed our time there. AvantStay is a great host and does a good job welcoming you and keeping place clean. The neighborhood is very transitional and the townhouse is surrounded by warehouses and tear down houses. It sits protected and away from the highway but you can hear the road noise as if it was in your front yard. Train track near by. AvantStay provides disposable ear plugs in every bedroom. I would recommend AvantStay as a host but I will not stay here again when I return to Nashville.

Beautiful, upgrade condo!

What a perfect place to visit Nashville family, and have Christmas with our son and his wife! Every kitchen convenience is included, and the layout, design, and furnishings were excellent! As we travel with our mini-dachshund, being pet friendly is vital to us, and this charming complex offered enough green area for short walks. We even walked the short street, ending in our convenient cul-de-sac!

Really enjoyed my stay, beautiful space!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! The townhome is very close to downtown and all of the places we visited. The beds were very comfortable, very pretty and well decorated place. Only issue was a nearby train that I hear during the evening, but they provided earplugs in case you're a light sleeper!

Great place to stay in Nashville area

We really enjoyed our stay here in Nashville. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and it was a comfy space to be in. The only thing I will say is the surrounding area was a little sketchy, but not bad on the actual road it is located on its just the next road over. But even with that being said I would 100% stay here again.

House was beautiful and clean.

This was my first vaction after contracting lyme disease. We choose to rent an actual house do to my illness and my daughter having celiac disease. I was a nervous wreck because since having lyme disease my body reacts to everything. Especially chemicals and MOLD. I had a wonderful stay. The home seemed to be new construction and I had no issues. I enjoyed my stay. Also the neighborhood seemed to be up and coming, don't let the drive in discourage you.

Wonderful location for proximity to downtown

There were so many things to like about this property. It looks just like the pictures. It was sparkling clean. It felt more like a high end hotel with amenities one doesn’t normally find with a VRBO. (Nice shampoos, expensive tea, good coffee etc.) The beds were comfy, they had a pac and play in the closet in case for babies. It’s minutes from hip East Nashvile. It is close to downtown and lots of places tourists would want to go. The only reason I gave it four stars for location is because it’s at the end of a dead end road and along the entire side of the townhouses (buffered by a tree line) there is a major highway. At night the highway sounds made it hard to sleep. The bedroom with the King bed has a closet but it’s locked because they are using it to store cleaning supplies. They have a clothes rack where you can hang your clothes but it really wasn’t big enough for my both our clothes. The closet in the other room is huge. All in all I actually would stay there again if I was vacationing for the attractions of downtown.
