I travel with a wheelchair and a service dog. From the moment I entered the hotel parking lot I had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. If you stay at a Tru by Hilton you always know where the ice and filtered water is. They have a small area where you can purchase coke and other things. The rooms are clean and I love that the rooms don’t have carpeting it makes it easier with a wheelchair. They have a designated area for pet relief which has really nice grass.

Extremely clean, great breakfast, a new fav!

It was our first stay at a Tru by Hilton and we were impressed! Exceptionally clean. Great breakfast with pancakes(with a bunch of toppings), egg white frittatas, and pork sausage. Also oatmeal, yogurt, pastries. Coffee with liquid creamer in the pumps(this is a plus for me) half-n-half, and a variety of sugars. We loved that they had a pool table, a lot of board games, and a variety of seating in the lobby. We honestly thought it was brand new with its condition but it has been open since 2021! The only negatives aren’t a huge deal to us, but the pillows are not comfy (they flatten) and there are not many channels on the tv (but you can sign in to your various streaming services.

Room was small but the beds were very comfortable and the sheets as smooth as butter. I recommend putting some seating outdoors. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked very clean and well displayed.

Liked shampoo conditioner etc, breakfast was good, bed was clean and comfortable. Showers were small we are large and x large sized people. Only one pool table though, a couple pool tables would be better or an option of another game since there was enough space.
