We liked everything about this hotel. It’s literally across the street from Junkanoo beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the fish fry where they have food and drinks, lots of alcoholic drinks. It’s about a 15 minute walk to McDonald’s and other stores. Very convenient and Clyde made our stay exceptional and amazing. Michael was awesome, kind and helpful! I recommend this place!!!

Staff is helpful and really delivered a good service. Our room had few issues which were annoying: Refrigerator wasn't working and had to be replaced after the first night.5454 A huge leaking from the bathroom ceiling which started before the last day Remote controls had weak batteries which were not working and had to be replaced twice.

We had a great time here. One of the pools on the Property was under construction so we weren't able to have the walk out pool access as stated in the package. The desk staff was awesome Michael, Clyde and kendia( If spelled correctly) treated us well and made our stay very comfortable. The Fish fry (about a 3-4 block stretch of local food and bar busseses and down town Nassau has everything Cruise ship dock small water park ect all was in walking distance each direction. I would definitely stay here again.

Michael ar check in was blah and he was okay at check out. If he had better guest service skills I would of been all over a five star. Your bar was so busy one night a soda took 30 minutes. The dog barked next to our room a lot. I’m not a fan of not giving 5 stars but our uninspiring check in made everything the entire trip feel worse. Kindness makes all the not so awesomeness go away. The food prices are very high and hotels just a little bit more expensive are worth a better experience.
