LOWEST PRICES for Atlantis!! 1 br, 1 ba villa w/kitchen and laundry, sleeps 4. (You want a villa you can call home (timeshare), NOT a hotel room) Stay at Harborside and save the $190-$255 per person per day for full access to the water park. This is my timeshare, I have been renting weeks at Harborside for over 14 years. PLEASE NOTE: My reserved check in days are typically Sat. Calendar may show available, but PLEASE message me for exact check-in dates.
I reserve a week 8 months in advance then offer it to my guests. You will check in just like any quality resort hotel, except Harborside are villas, not just a hotel room. If you are looking past 8 months, the CALENDER will show blocked because I have not reserved the week yet. If you contact me 8+ months in advance, I will try to get the exact days you want, 7-21 days.
Entire villa is there for your exclusive use. FULL Atlantis water park access for FREE which saves $190-$255 per person per day! Save even more money and make your own meals. Kitchen includes Microwave/Convection Oven, dishwasher, electric stove top, and fridge.
This is a Resort and I will not be there. The Harborside staff are very friendly and helpful.
Staying at Harborside allows you FREE access to Atlantis which is a HUGE value!

We got back Sunday from Atlantis and what a fabulous vacation. The kids swam with the dolphins and we went on seadoos in the ocean and as for the water slides; they loved them.! Everyone did the new one, The Leap of Faith with the exception of myself, I just couldn't get up the nerve to go down a 90 degree drop.

The dining was great, we went off the resort once to the Fish Fry in Nassau for dinner and did visit the straw market. The weather was great and I think we saw all the sites we could see.

The unit was great. We did some shopping in Nassau so we could eat breakfast and the odd lunch at home.

Awesome place--my wife and I have stayed here twice. Last January we stayed with my son and his wife (on the pull-out sofa bed) and it worked out great, plenty of room and very comfortable. The weather was fantastic and should be similar to the dates for this offering. The people are great and we just had a fantastic time. We would walk to Atlantis every day for the beach and pools, then again at night for the casino to gamble and celebrity watch, etc. (If you don't want to walk, there is a shuttle to Atlantis about every 30 minutes or so.)

Harborside is bordered by the magnificent Marina at Atlantis and Nassau Harbor. Exquisite one-bedroom deluxe villa is appointed with generous space, beautiful furnishings and exceptional comforts, including full sofa bed in living room; kitchen. Entertainment center featuring cable TV and VCR player, washer and dryer; designer furnishings.

Full access to the whirlwind of amazing amenities and exhilarating entertainment revealed in the Atlantis Resort. If you do not stay at Atlantis or Harborside, you must pay for the privilege to go see Atlantis. Atlantis vacation

Amazing property, this is the way to do Atlantis if you want to do your own cooking, healthy and not spending money on overpriced food that’s not even healthy or good. Quiet place and amazing for families. Still have access to all the Atlantis amenities including beaches. No hidden charges either. Once again, best way of staying in Atlantis.

Well maintained, spacious apartment. Our host was really cordial and gracious in accommodating our requests. Great place, away from all the action yet near it. Paradise on Paradise Island

Harborside is a great option for family groups. We had our two kids, their spouses, and our 7-year old grandson in three separate rooms. All had their own space and we all had a good time. The free bus is great for getting to all the Atlantis attractions. I hope to return someday.

Wonderful experience

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 7) had a wonderful week vacation at the Harborside Atlantis. The resort is amazing with plenty of activities for the kids, but with the convenience of staying in a condo so that we had our own kitchen and laundry. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Chas was very straightforward and easy to deal with in getting the condo booked and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly so no issues or complaints to report.
