Recomendo bastante o hotel! Muito bem localizado e bem limpo. Não possui recepção, o check in é out são realizados de forma remota, mas isso não foi dificuldade para mim. Recomendo.

Precisa melhorar muita coisa

Encontrei rato no lixo deixado pelos hóspedes na entrada do hotel, baratas e insetos nas escadas, e hóspedes crianças jogando bola no andar, deveria desativar a cozinha do térreo,.porque tanto hóspedes como funcionários do restaurante arma ficam fazendo comida e.deixando a porta de acesso aos quartos aberta.😞😞😞😞😞

Tive problema inicialmente com o colchão do primeiro quarto, no entanto o suporte deles via WhatsApp é 24h e me atenderam. Não resolveram o problema na madrugada por não ter ninguém no local, no entanto no dia seguinte trocaram de quarto.

o Liiv é uma excelente proposta. A localização perfeita com quartos que tem vista para o mar. Internet excelente, quarto grande e banheiro bom com água quente. Toalhas e lençóis limpos. Algumas coisas não gostei: 1- a limpeza dos quartos só é feita após 07 dias de diárias; 2- na descrição do quarto, consta que havia chaleira elétrica e não tinha quando cheguei; 3- Não tem guarda-roupa nem armário para colocar roupas.

Só foi complicado um pouco na entrada, pois não possuem recepção. Atendimento automático e pelo WhatsApp. Mas o restante foi tudo ótimo. Quarto confortável, limpo e bem organizado.

No geral, gostamos e voltaríamos.

No geral gostamos muito do liiv mar, quarto muito limpo, sem sinais de desgaste pelo tempo, tudo bem conservado. A única resalva foi o fórmulario pra check-in, que nao conseguimos preencher, no final dava erro e tinhamos que preencher tudo novamente. Falamos com o atendimento via WhatsApp e conseguimos resolver. Outra coisa que nao gostamos, foi o barulho do rooftop no período da noite, que encoava em todos os andares. Som altíssimo. Outra coisa que gostamos, eles disponibilizam uma maquina de lavar roupa sem custos, precisa apenas colocar os produtos de lavagem.

O sistema deles de atendimento digital eh pessimo. Não tem nenhum funcionário disponível pra resolver qualquer coisa lá. Café da manhã horrível. Me senti jogado lá e sem assistência alguma. Pessoas transitando com roupas íntimas pelos corredores e com os aptos abertos, me senti constrangido. Poucos lençóis e travesseiros. As vantagens são a localização e que lá eh um prédio novo e tudo limpo.
