Lovely place, but be prepared
"Great staff and very nice place overall, especially the onsen was great. But the food was bad. And there’s nowhere else to eat at this location after 16.00 afaik. If you go here, bring your own food. You’re better off with 7-eleven snacks than with the overpriced tiny TV meals that the “restaurant” offers.
Also the room had no working ac. Temperature was fine but humidity was 100.
Pricing was not that transparent either, our +1 additional guest cost us more than the room itself but hotels app couldn’t tell to us. So it would’ve been cheaper for us to get two rooms than accommodate whole group in same room.
Don’t get me wrong, the staff and place is lovely and exactly what the images tell, but be prepared with your own catering. "
