Prices went up from when I booked until we paid. We had a “suite” and it was quite small. Just a standard room with an extra nook with a small pullout. A little disappointing. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast average.

My only complaint was that the indoor pool area was unavailable because management said that their landscaping company cracked window. It would’ve been nice to know about this beforehand because I really wanted to use the pool & hot tub. Also, I would’ve liked to have been offered an option to get another hotel at the same price, or at least been given an Adjustment to my bill or comp for another stay at a later date.

I originally booked this hotel because it offered an airport shuttle. I learned upon check in that the shuttle could only be provided with a 24 hr advanced reservation which left me having to do a ride share to the airport--so much for the free a/p shuttle. The explanation at the front desk was that this is explained on their website, which it probably is in some very fine print.

Didn't get to do breakfast because they closed so early. That was why we chose this hotel - free breakfast included. So that was a bummer. But the girl checking us in Sunday night was fabulous. Personable, sweet, tried to help any way she could. Keep her on your staff! Room was great. Especially liked the "here's a soft pillow, here's a firm pillow" for people that needed one or another. (constant issue for me and my husband - we need different types of pillows and usually someone loses when we go to a hotel. not so here!!)

Nice and clean. But we tried to check in 1 hour early simply to change out of travel clothes into business attire. The counter person said there would be a$50 charge but our room was ready. Really!!!
