I’ve been in a grill several times and this was my favourite hotel thus far! I was really pleased by the service compared to some other hotels and it was also very clean. I loved the beach area, there was so much room for lounging and so many options for the beach chairs. Such a beautiful beach they have, the ocean is of course amazing and the trees on the beach I just wonderful. The security guards made us feel very safe and a lot of the staff was very friendly. We would like to personally shout out to Donovan and Daniel who are the father son crafts business that are located on the beach of Cocoa Palm. They were absolutely wonderful so friendly and wonderful wholesome people and not pushy to buy anything. We would also like to shout out to Steve, who is a lifeguard on the beach, several of the staff at the continental breakfast were lovely, the ladies in the gift shop, all of the maids, and especially the front desk safe especially Christoper as well as the manager. We had an excellent time and the staff just made it even better. The only thing is that there is no gym at this hotel but it’s OK because there is the best outdoor gym called the exotic gym, about two minute walk to the right down the beach. I love the view from the third floor overlooking the ocean. It’s really nice to have the options of the pools even though we didn’t go in them. It’s a great option for kids. Highly recommend and we will be back to coco (:

My second visit to Coco La Palm and it did not disappoint. Very clean rooms! Clean and well kept property. Being directly on the beach is why I stay here. The staff is second to none. Extremely friendly and courteous. Felt very safe here! If you’re looking for an authentic Jamaican experience, this is the place to go. I’ll be back next year!

We really liked our stay here. The staff was the best part as they act like they really want to do their jobs rather than some places where one feels that they are being friendly because they have to. It's worth noting that if someone is accustomed to 5-star resorts, this may not be the place for you. We've stayed in places where the rooms were much nicer, but for our needs, the room here and the resort itself was absolutely fine. The beach is outstanding and we were able to find chairs every day at the beach.

Always love Coco. Some of the servers/bartenders/wait staff should stay home if they don’t want to be there that day. Everyone has bad days but when you bring those days to work and are nasty to guests then you make it bad for the entire hotel.
