Relax, unwind and enjoy space and fresh air in this well-loved family home set on a peaceful farm with river access, just under 15 minutes from the Batemans Bay town centre.
This two-storey, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers open-plan living, gorgeous paddock, bush and mountain views, and plenty of room for families or groups wanting a relaxed country stay close to the coast.

The home is comfortable, clean and functional, with original features and a lived-in feel rather than a newly renovated finish — perfect for guests who value space, nature and value over luxury. Bring as many big toys as you like, plenty of parking room. Enjoy the outdoors with bush trails for mountain bikes and motorbikes and river access for kayaking or paddleboarding. Bring your tinny and launch from the riverside of Cyne Mallows Creek which flows into the Clyde River. Wander down to the old sheds and climb the ancient oak tree to find the treehouse.

• This is a well-maintained older home, not a modern renovation
• No WIFI. Telstra reception only, no Optus.
• No dishwasher or BBQ
• Ideal for families and guests seeking space and calm
• Wildlife and farm sounds are part of the experience
• Dogs are permitted but the house DOES NOT HAVE FENCING so your animal must be able to be recalled. There are cattle and horses and plenty of kangaroos so dogs must not chase any animals. Please put your dog on a leash if taking it to the creek as other guests may have their dogs off leash. Guests can safely leave their dogs in the shed when not at the house.

All linen is provided for the 3 bedrooms but guests must bring their own bed sheets, doonas, pillows etc for the extra sleeping areas (sunroom double futon and tv room fold out double couch).
