Pakkaa laukkusi ja valmista irrotusta ja irrottamista! Berry Hill Lake on uusi, moderni-maalaismainen 4 makuuhuoneen / 3. 5 kylpy kotiin näkymä yksityiselle, 2 hehtaarin järvelle ja ympäröi 170 hehtaarin kauniilla metsäisellä vuoristoalueella. Talossa on perinteinen lauta- ja laattalaite, alkuperäinen kivi, kovapuulattiat kaikkialla ja kaksi takkaa, sisäkaasutakka ja ulkotakka. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, 60 ”taulutelevisio, oma kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja kaakeloitu suihku. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, 60 ”taulutelevisio, oma kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja kaakeloitu suihku. Alemmassa kerroksessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä, joissa molemmissa on kaksi kerrossänkyä, kylpyhuone kaakeloidulla suihkulla ja olohuone, jossa on 70 ”taulutelevisio. Siellä on myös tehokkuuskeittiö, jossa on mini jääkaappi ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu vieraiden käyttöön.

20 'ModPool on näköala järvelle ja on uima-allas / kylpytynnyriyhdistelmä, jossa on läpinäkyvä ikkuna syvästä päästä. Uima-allasta kohtelee suuri pergola, jonka toisesta päästä on varjostettu pehmustetuilla kiesituoleilla, toisella puolella kivi terassi, myös tuolit, ja toiset puolet ovat järvelle ja vuorille upean näkymän. Allas on avoinna ympäri vuoden ja on lämmitetty.

Olemme alle 30 minuutin päässä sisäänkäynnistä Wintergreen Resortiin - kauniiseen lomakohteeseen, joka tarjoaa hiihtoa, lumilautailua, postinumeroa, jousiammuntaa, kesäputkia, maastopyöräilyä ja patikointia.

Wow!! Its better than the pictures! What a lovely home. Celebrating 60th birthday with friends, plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were perfect, the house perfect, the setting perfect! Its like your own park !! Hiking everyday around the property....it really couldnt get any better than berry hill lake house!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our party of 8 (grandma, 4 adults, 2 teens, 10yo and dog) stayed at this beautiful property for a week. It had everything we needed and wanted. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for the hot weather. Our fishing-obsessed teen spent lots of time at the pond. We hiked the trails and watched movies, and enjoyed the many fine eating and drinking establishments. This was the most well-equipped rental we have ever stayed at, and hope to visit again.

We always enjoy Berry Hill Lake. This was our third visit and it didn’t disappoint. The upgrades to the pool and surrounding area are well done and add the enjoyment of the property. The fish are always biting and the private hiking trails always make for fun family adventures.
These guys are easy to catch on night crawlers or plastic lures.
We couldn’t land these monsters, but there are at least eight of them that swim within casting distance of the dock.

Beautiful property and location

Our family stayed at Berry Hill Lake over the New Years week. From the initial texts and emails from the property manager, to the check-in and the house and land itself, it was a great experience. The house and surrounding property are clearly cared for, and it was easy to just sit back and relax for a week! Highly recommend!

It's even better than the pictures--truly a dream come true

All of the glowing reviews you see here are telling the truth--Berry Hill Lake is an absolute dream come true. I fell in love when I saw the photos in the listing, but in person, it's all infinitely more beautiful. The home itself is stunning and far more spacious than I imagined. And the land is so well tended and cared for, a sense of peace just exudes from it and permeates every moment at Berry Hill Lake. Everything in the home was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen is abundantly stocked in terms of cooking needs (we had 12 friends gathered for the weekend and cooked every meal there). The trails were beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub/pool was cozy and sweet, and the lake! Oh, the lake was just perfect. Lying on the floating dock in the sunshine is a memory I'll hold on to for a long time. (And for those who are interested in fishing, my partner had a joyful time catching and releasing trout) :) The land itself is rich and vibrant--we had deer strolling by us every evening, giggled at the banjo frogs singing each day, and gazed at wildlife in the sky (hawks, bats). The stars were striking each night, and everyone was reluctant to leave once our weekend was up. Finally, the property manager, Reed, really went above and beyond--kind and thoughtful, he patiently answered a number of questions beforehand and was responsive throughout our trip. A bow of gratitude for the beings who steward this land. I hope to visit again soon.

Great as advertised! Grand kids loved it all and played on and near the lake. Plenty of fish caught. And our dog loved exploring the manicured yard and hiking trails. Highly recommended!

Fun times hiking, fishing & swimming

This was our second time visiting Berry Hill Lake and throughly enjoyed ourselves again. We hiked, fished and swam daily. The lake was stocked with bass and bluegills that we caught right off the dock and from a kayak everyday. Great Summer trip for the family.

Mountain Paradise

This is a stunningly beautiful slice of Planet Earth. We feel so fortunate to have found it. The host was remarkably responsive to every text, and we had several for information and assistance. The list of the communications is too long and irrelevant, so suffice it to say it could not have been better. There is really nothing negative to say. We had a couple of suggestions we passed along to the owner, but they were just ideas we have to make excellent even better!!! If you have the time and resources, treat yourself!!!

Delightful

Berry Hill is amazing. It is a private oasis, conveniently located just south of Charlottesville, close to multiple wineries and breweries. There are trails, a pond with paddleboats and kayaks. The pool and hot tub are perfect for watching the stars at night while making sweet family memories. The many beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. There are movies galore, games and puzzles. I couldn't recommend this property enough. It's worth every penny of the cost.

Perfect Spring Break

What an amazing place for our family to spend Spring Break! This property is beautiful. We were in the pool every day, made s'mores every night, and did plenty of hiking. The lake was the perfect size to teach my daughters how to kayak. We also did lots of pedalboating. An unexpected surprise was watching an otter (the kids named it Ollie) play in the lake and on the docks whenever it got sunny! Also lots of deer, herons, geese, and other birds to watch, fortunately no bear sightings. The house felt large with lots of different spaces throughout, but each one felt cozy and all the furniture was very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

Great vacation home!

Wonderful property! I wish I owned this place. It felt very much like home. We vacation & ski at Massanutten & Wintergreen 2-3 times a year. We live on acreage, secluded from people, so when we rent houses in neighborhoods, it's always a little cramped for us. This place is awesome with no neighbors. Loved that the dogs could roam freely without a leash and our partying noise throughout the night didn't disrupt anyone. Comfortable & clean furniture, beds, pillows & linens. We will definitely stay here again.
