Wintergreen Resort is a fantastic, all-season destination, with adventures for everyone! We are a pet and kid friendly, 2br/2ba townhome, located in the heart of all the action. Ski check-in, Mountain Inn, restaurants, & the Market stocked with all the essentials are located right next to our community.
Come hike, swim in our private pool or lakes, ski, snowboard, tube, and vineyard, brewery, distillery, or cider hop. We have it all!

Guests enjoy full access to our townhome during their stay through a contactless, key-code entry and adjacent, complimentary parking. Key-code on door handle will be provided prior to check-in. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the private pool during the summer months, as well as nearby Lake Monocan and Lake Sherando. Free wi-fi and cable are included!
Wintergreen Abode is located in the peaceful and serene Laurelwood community, which is truly the ideal location at Wintergreen Resort. Excellent for groups coming to hike, ski, vineyard and brewery hop, or for those staying for UVA/Charlottesville visits or weddings!
We are the perfect jumping off point for slope access (just a few minute walk to the main slopes and equipment rentals), breathtaking hikes, scenic overlooks, multiple golf courses, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and award-winning breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cideries!
Park right in front of the townhome, and enjoy a short walk to everything, including the Mountain Inn where you can get situated for skiing and snowboarding and access the slopes, the Market where you can grab all of your essentials, the private seasonal pool (the only community at the resort with a private pool!), beautiful scenic overlooks, and multiple restaurants, coffee bar, and shopping. No need to drive or shuttle to the slopes when you stay here!
The space itself is a loft-style home, with four beds on the ground floor, and the main bedroom with queen bed upstairs. Perfect for group visits with friends and family of the human and furry variety, or for couples who wish to stretch out! We have all you need to make your stay relaxing: 2 fully stocked bathrooms, fully appointed kitchen with cooking essentials, ample parking right in front of the townhome, private community seasonal pool, in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of extra towels/linens, balcony, wood burning fireplace with free wood available, wi-fi and basic cable, and much more.
Laurelwood community is just a short drive to fantastic hiking, biking, golf, archery, scenic drives and overlooks on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Route 151 for amazing wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries with a view!
