Beautiful Setting for Memory Making

This hotel is perfect for our visit. With family living nearby, they could join us for activities in the clubhouse, pool, volleyball court, etc and then leave us alone. The river is right there and the grounds are beautiful. The village of Greune on the other side of the highway offers numerous options for food and music. If there was a restaurant on the property, it would be perfect. Maybe in the future.

Hacienda del Rio is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell people about because you want it to be your little secret. The property is gorgeous. You can sit by the river under the shade of giant trees. Watch the stars at night around one of a few campfire sites. Relax by the pool in a lounge chair under your own umbrella, or just chill in your super cool room with its subtle and classy earth tones, retro vibes and comfy beds. The clubhouse is very cool and the bar is just the right size with a great variety of offerings. The outdoor dining, basket ball and volley ball areas just add to overall resort feel of this quaint and cool hotel. Bonus: The staff and hotel communication is excellent!

This property has been remodeled and is updated. The common area is cute, clean and modern with a game room, hangout space and bar. Beds were super comfy. Pool and river area is gorgeous. You also can't beat the location. Definitely worth the stay.
