Spacious room and it was very clean when we arrived. It was great that the hotel accommodated early check-in for us. The only complain I have ia that the bathroom sink was cloaked.

The room was really nice. More like a suite with a kitchenette, large space plenty for 5 adults. Comfortable beds and nice modern bathroom. Quiet and convenient across the freeway from the outlet in San Marcos. You will still need a car to get to outlets. There is not a shuttle from the hotel. The breakfast included had coffee, eggs and waffles. Cereal and milk. My family and I had a good time and loved it.

Room was excellent, main lobby and throughout the hotel was nice. Only problem was the free breakfast, seemed like they may have been short staffed or didn’t make enough for the amount of people that were there , they couldn’t keep up with the amount of people and the amount of food that was placed out was gone within seconds. It was overwhelming and so we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast and coffee.

Check in was fine. Went to room and prepared to sleep and there was no hot water. Called the desk 4 times and finally got an answer. Desk clerk said wait 10 minutes and check water again. Went to sleep and woke up with no hot water. Talked to manager at breakfast and she said they couldn’t compensate our stay since we booked through Expedia. Said she would give us Marriott points. Breakfast was poor. No syrup for waffles except sugar free. Eggs were not hot and dried out. Almost no bacon available. Ran out of coffee during breakfast. Would not stay here again

The room is very clean. Although the hotel appeared to have a lot of guests, it was pleasantly quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Kitchenette is nice. TV is huge! Breakfast was delight and attendants were friendly. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood for exercise. Close to everything San Marvelous!
