Dive into the heart of New Braunfels fun with a stay in our playful Wasser Slide room! Perfectly situated just across from Schlitterbahn and steps from the Comal River, this spot makes it effortless to spend your days sliding, floating, and soaking up the sunshine.

Inside, the space is bright, cheerful, and thoughtfully designed with river adventures in mind. You’ll enjoy two inviting queen beds, a kitchenette for quick bites or easy meals, plus the convenience of your own washer and dryer—keeping swimsuits and towels ready for round two (or three!) of fun.

The fun continues the moment you step outside. With the iconic Master Blaster water ride right across the street, you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of the action. Want to float the Comal? Tubing rentals and outfitters are just a short walk away, and the nearby shuttle makes it easy to explore without ever needing to move your car.

After a day of splashes and slides, wind down at your own pace. Sip a drink on the balcony as the sun sets, or take a leisurely stroll to nearby eateries serving everything from laid-back snacks to local favorites. Whatever your taste, you’ll find plenty of options within walking distance.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (4 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
--Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
