The room was a very good size for 4 of us. They even supplied enough towels for 4 people with out asking for more. The breakfast spread was by the far the best we have had. They offered lots of different options and verity. Plus they had a different kind of coffee machine that offered options

The room and hallways smelled horrid. There was an unofficial car meet up at the 711 with hundreds of loud cars. Hotel is very outdated and needs maintenance and a refresh. Would not stay here again.

Nice Hotel.

Room was nice but heard traffic all night. Another location in the hotel might have been different. Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. My husband fell and injured his foot. The desk clerks were very helpful and located a wheelchair to help him get out to the car.

Unfortunately in the middle of the night, about 3:45, some people were yelling loudly at each other and probably woke up the whole floor. Certainly me. And unfortunately this happened about three months ago as well. I can’t blame the hotel for this but I wish people would learn to be respectful of the other guests.

Unfortunately we had a toilet bowl that gave us issues as soon as we walked in. It was not flushed. When I tried to flush it still didn’t go down. They sent a service person, but the problem still wasn’t fixed all weekend. That wasn’t as bad as the time I went downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk and no one was there for about 20 minutes. There was a guest sitting in the lobby at least I thought it was a guess the next day I saw the same man behind the front desk. So in other words, he saw me looking for someone and completely ignored me. Come to find out every Saturday night. There is a card show on the property. There’s at least 20 to 30 cars and motorcycles in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
