The staff was very friendly and helpful. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance, but they do have an option to order out that was pretty good. The one thing that surprised me about the room was that the furniture upholstery was somewhat tattered. I don't ever recall seeing that in a Hyatt property before.

The staff made checking into the hotel easy. We found our room quickly. It was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, very well laid out. Beds were so comfortable. It felt like we were staying at home. Thank you for your hospitality.

The young woman who worked the evening shift, I think her name was Titania, perhaps? She was amazing. I made a point of talking to the manager the next morning to sing her praises. She deserves a bonus! She guided us to a great restaurant, gave us excellent directions to the nearest department stores, told us where the movie theater was. Seriously! Give her a bonus!

Staff are super nice. Rooms are clean but a little outdated! Biggest complaint is the distribution center? next door- those trucks get to work around 4:30am. I put the fan on to drown out the noise.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms could use an update. Good breakfast options. The staff really made me feel welcome and ‘at home’, which is especially important,as I was traveling alone. Namzira (sp?) and Jarrell were particularly kind.
