I walked in to a cloud of “weed” employee was fine but said nothing The room had an odor, the sink had a large hole a crack around it and the sink itself was about to fall in ( I took pictures) The microwave was dirty and had burn marks in it The ac system had mold on it and hasn’t been cleaned. Mold! I have pictures It was late and I was exhausted from traveling calling the front desk was useless. I tried sleeping but the bed had hair one it. Little black hairs, people were banging on the walls and doors at night In the morning for a shower I had one tiny towel that would not go around me nor cover me to dry off I came in to town for. Funeral and the experience was horrible and gross and I didn’t feel safe traveling alone. I asked for the manger in the morning and the guy said not available and that he couldn’t help me either way I rebooked a different hotel and never went back. I would like e refund

We left this property, it is absolutely filthy. They offer low income living here and it smells of drugs and cigarettes as soon as you walk into the lobby. Our room had broken tile on the sink and my daughter cut her finger on it. We asked to get a refund because we wanted to check out of the hotel and they refuse to want to refund us until we told them how our daughter cut herself on the sink. It was absolutely disgusting. The walls were filthy. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was filthy to the point where I told my children not to touch anything into immediately leave. It looks nothing like the pictures.. DDOOO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

There’s a constant cigarette smell that lingers everyday in the lobby all the way to the 3rd floor where we stayed. The room didn’t have a smell thankfully. Dirty pool and bathroom needs to be properly updated. The room itself is not bad I will say, looks modern compared to everything else

Waited at check in counter for 15 minutes, with 3 people behind me. One calling hotel. I had to go find someo e to check in. Go to room and it was filthy and only 1 bed when i reserved 2. Went back to counter and Jada the staff was absolutely rude telling me i reserved 1 bed nit 2 even though i was showing her the email verification. Hotel itself was dirty, staff were rude all around, abd iur cards stopped working so it caused issue going in and out of the room. Never again and would not recommend.

Motel 6 milford experience

The experience was average. Talking about cleanliness was poor found spider, fridge smelled awful and was leaking.curtains had a foul smell. Though bed was comfortable. If you are only looking for a quick stop and rest for some hours then can definitely think about it.
