You should have half star option. Felt a little locked in with the windows not being openable; or I had a difficult time finding release switch.,! I feel like a person should be able to leave out of window, in case of emergency.

The gal at the service desk was very rude. The room was dirty. The hair dryer is on the verge of being a fire hazard. Molding was busted off the walls. Floor and walls were very dirty. Unknown substances on the walls and in corners of the room. The online photos are not of the hotel we stayed in. The gym was filled with storage boxes and junk. The pool was filthy and not usable. There is no continental breakfast. All the hallways smell like Marijuana. The elevator makes a very disturbing noise (almost sounds like it's going to crash). I would never stay there again. I tried to opals upload photos per request and it does not allow you to.

Absolutely not worth the cheaper price

“You get what you pay for” - I’ve paid much less for much better. But wow, surprised I spent almost $100 per night for such little. Not very clean, the hotel rooms were in rough shape, and despite showcasing a pool in the FIRST photo, the pool was out of commission - drained with a freaking trash can in it. So, friends, if you’re coming to Milford, spend the extra dough and book a different hotel. It’s so worth it

Room was clean. They said they had pool which they did a small empty pool with no water in it which was false advertisement . And the front desk lady was rude. People being loud in they rooms and outside .

The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. They had complimentary shampoo, lotion and 2 bars of soap. The shower worked well and the hair dryer worked well. It was a comfy bed and clean. I only have 3 things to talk about that really didn’t make me comfortable. The lighting was very bright more like a fluorescent color. A softer yellow glow would have been nicer. Also the air conditioner and toilet made a whining sound when used. All in all, this was the cleanest motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I would stay again because it was a great price as well.

At check in Indian guy was rude and didn’t even acknowledge me , didn’t say one word the whole time and looked bothered when I asked him if they have allergy meds, on check out I was having full blast allergy attack and Spanish guy told me to call 911 and that they don’t have first aid kit and continued chatting with his buddy. Level of zero care is just insane. I know it’s Motel 6 and not Ritz and rooms were pretty decent but customer service is the worst I experienced this year. I’m a truck driver and stay in hotels 4-5 days a week during year.

The person who checked us in made no eye contact & treated us mechanically. Fire alarm testing began at 7:30 am. The telephone in the room was disconnected; there was no dial tone. The sink was clogged; there was no way to unstop the sink to allow water to drain. Overall, this was an inhospitable experience. Please do not recommend this motel in future.
