The hotel and staff were great. Location was not good. Located on the same block with a hospital and parking garage, business district. Just not a good location. I chose to stay there bc it was convenient to my clinic the following day.

The front desk staff were so nice. The maintenance staff too! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable too. Nice stay for a nice price.

This is my second visit to this hotel! The front desk staff were amazing. Helped us figure out the bus/trolley schedule to get down town. They were very friendly. Jennifer, Caroline and Carmen were the three we had the pleasure of working with! The Jack of all trades “guy” Darnell was extremely pleasant and brought laughter to the day. The facility was clean, condo and in a safe area with free onsite parking which is a definite plus! You won’t be disappointed! Located in uptown with very easy access to public transportation

Good, convenient and comfortable stay

The Alder was a very nice, easy and conveniently located hotel. The beds were so comfortable and parking was free and across the street. Check-in and Check-out were easy and quick. Great place to stay in Uptown, right by Oschner Hospital and to visit Freret, Loyola and Tulane!

This is my go to place in New Orleans because it’s out of the hectic of the quarter and in an area that is growing in popularity as well as safety. It provides a comfortable stay with wonderful dining options very near. The staff is always top notch and treat you as family.
