The only nice thing about this hotel was the newly renovated lobby. The television in my room did not work, and there was no airport shuttle service as advertised. The cleanliness in the hallways was unacceptable, and housekeeping never came to my room or offered assistance during my entire stay. Each time I contacted the front desk, no accommodations were made—only a brief apology. I would not recommend this hotel until the transition in ownership and management is fully complete.

Was there 2 nights. Tv did not work. Was informed no cable connection. Staff informed me they would contact general manager and have not heard back from them. Its been 2 days. Ants in the room as well. Hallways looked as if they hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Room across the hall went unattended all weekend. The rokm door was somehow left open ALL weekend. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. possibly never a Wyndham again. The lobby was the most beautiful thing however it was like crossing over from Texas into Mexico because once you pass the lobby it gives 1 star vibes

I had a nice, quiet stay. I gave a starting of 3 in some areas only because this property is being renovated. There is no dining facility, but the restaurant next door is amazing! It felt kind of creepy staying there because of the lack of guests, but I had a pleasant stay. The TV wasn’t working. The maintenance team tried to assist, but it would have taken more time away from the afternoon if my stay, so I decided not to have to reprogrammed. The staff is wonderful. Yes! I would stay there again. They are renovating from Clarion to Wyndham.
