After staying here for 20 years off and on. I spent 4 days here. Wed. 15/ Oct. 6-8pm. Returned to the hotel after checking out earlier. Had my 2 year old 6year old and 8year old in the lobby. 1. Told the lady to just give us the same room my left some things inside. The rude woman refused! 2. Then one of kids beat on a drum like metal coffee table that looked like a drum/ she became infuriated And said make your kid stop. 3. Then we told her why are you so aggressive and rude towards the kids. 4.NOW she isin an argument with my wife, very un professional. 5. Then she said Just GET OUT ( I was saying just check us in. But she is like all over the little kid. For making a little on a metal coffee table. Shaped like a drum. My tells here to leave the kids alone 6. It was a total screaming match 7. I told my wife let’s go this lady is crazy or on drugs I think you was the owner . ( if the owner is like this) what is here crew like. 8.They have at least 1 Prostitute living here and selling herself. 9. And homeless looking guys walking around picking up cigarette butts. 10. Just a total Mess DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! TERRIBLE DO NOT BRING YOOR KIDS For SURE I hope that lady is not the owner!

This room was a total nightmare. The bed sheets had black stains, and the covers were full of cigarette burns. The carpet looked filthy, and the bathroom curtain had green mold on it. The lightbulbs were hanging with exposed wires — super unsafe. The outlets didn’t even hold a normal charger. There were dead flies on the bed and more flying around. The TV didn’t work, and the whole room smelled terrible, like something had died in there. Definitely not worth what we paid. The photos online are completely misleading. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I got to hotel and they told me it was sold out after i had done paid my money, have not yet received a refund because they’re playing games. I will be taking legal action against them and hotels.com
