Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay, didn't realize gym was across the street. Amazing gym. Easy access for us and our kids. Good breakfast. Hygienes may vary at buffet because there's not really staff watching people put food back.

It says pet friendly but it was NOT! Dogs bark, or cry when left alone or knocks on the door occur. My puppy was left alone in the room for about 3 hours while my family tried to enjoy a steamboat ride and I was called 2 times being told I can’t leave my pet alone anymore because they were getting complaints and if they get one more we are notified and will be asked to leave the property. If people don’t want to hear dogs bark sometimes then don’t get a pet friendly hotel and if it’s causing issues and you threaten to kick out the guest who has paid over $800 for the room because they have a dog then don’t make your hotel pet friendly when it’s really not.
