Available in time for French Quarter Fest and the world-famous Jazz Fest, make your stay in New Orleans an unforgettable one. Situated a few short steps from the entertaining Frenchman Street and minutes from the vibrant heart of the French Quarter, this two bedroom, two bathroom provides you with the perfect place to work and play in New Orleans.



The Space:

Enter into a beautiful secure courtyard and then into the foyer with a beautiful historic staircase. Your unit is the entire second floor. Enter into a large living area with lots of seating, a smart TV, loft, dining table, and then off to the right there is a bar with everything you need to make a tasty beverage, a wine fridge, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and washer & dryer. The bedrooms are on either side of the front of the building and connect to a balcony on the front of the building on Esplanade. Doors close off to separate bedrooms from each other and from the living area. Bathrooms are not en suite but are on each side and can be opened or closed off to guests/others. There is another balcony off the living area on the side of the property. As a part of a charming 4 unit enclave with amazing neighbors, you will truly feel at home.

The entire apartment (including both balconies) is yours and only yours! The courtyard is shared with other longer-term tenants.
