Stay in this historic property with two cottages in the heart of New Orleans’ iconic Tremé, just one block from the French Quarter - close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. With 9 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, this spacious property is perfect for large groups and festival weekends, offering plenty of room to gather while still enjoying comfort and privacy. The brand new tropical backyard features a large heated pool with hot tub and tanning bed.



- POOL Build between 8/10 and 9/20.

We are building a brand new heated pool and hot tub between 8/10 and 9/20. No loud work will be done on the pool during guests present but the backyard will not be usable during this time. After 9/20, the home will feature a beautiful backyard and pool, see rendering in photos.



The Space:

This property includes two fully restored historic 1860s homes on the same private lot - a main house and a back cotttage - connected by a shared patio. Both homes are included exclusively with your reservation, meaning your group will have private access to the entire property with no shared spaces and no other guests on-site.



Front House

- First Floor: Living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms

- Second Floor: 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms



Back House

- First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and 1 full bathroom

- Second Floor: 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom

- Large brand new heated pool and hot tub with tanning bed

- Each bedroom features a bit of modern luxury with high quality mattresses, plush down comforters and down pillows to allow for a good night’s sleep

- 7 full bathrooms throughout the property

- Multiple dedicated workspaces and desk areas for remote work or studying

- High-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, and central heating and air conditioning

- Fully stocked kitchen with high-quality cookware, chef’s knives, a Vitamix blender, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and a curated collection of cookbooks

- Complimentary bath amenities, fresh towels, and hair dryers provided for your convenience



Whether you're planning a family gathering, corporate retreat, or group getaway, your reservation includes exclusive use of both the front and back houses, providing plenty of space to spread out while staying together.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the property during your stay.

BnB owner is staying in a separated studio apartment and is available for any help needed.

Getting Around:

Located just one block from the French Quarter, it’s an unbeatable home base for Mardi Gras and major events like Jazz fest - especially during times when Ubers and Lyfts are nearly impossible to secure. Being within walking distance allows you to fully enjoy the festivities without transportation stress. You’re also just a few blocks from the highway, making it easy to access all other parts of the city.
