Location was great….Elevator issues Saturday & Sunday as some people my wife & daughter Stuck for several minutes before door opened ..I ask had Elevator Repair Co. been Notified and response was a work order had been made. All Elevators were back working Monday correctly😊

When we were ready to check out, we asked the concierge on duty (it was a man on duty at 10 am on Sunday, June 1, 2025) if we could use a luggage cart that was sitting by his station. He said 'no' that it was the bellman's cart and there wasn't a cart on the property that we could use. We struggled to carry our luggage to our car. He was no help & indifferent to our needs.

Very comfortable spacious room .. shower was good & toiletries provided nice. Small furnished balcony on 2nd floor .. we sat out with a nightcap at the end of each evening watching the mayhem as it left Bourbon St .. noisy and funny, but as soon as you close the balcony door and the heavy drapes it’s hardly audible. Really pleased with our choice, it was a great location. We had inclusive breakfast rate and were glad we did, choice was good, service prompt and very friendly. Choices were great too

The staff are very kind and helpful. I recommend asking for a room facing the courtyard or pool. It’s very noisy facing the street. The worst part are the elevators. VERY hot and VERY slow.

We enjoyed it.

Overall nice. We had a bourbon balcony so it was loud at night which was expected. A/C in room kept it cool but still kinda hot 72/73 even though we had it set at 68.
