Great location , the rest is middle of the road.

Great location and nice people at the reception. Hotel is a little ran-down and shower is not much fun with low water pressure which might not be the hotel's fault. So as long as you don't expect too much and the price is right this hotel is fine.

This property was not VIP access... The main reason i books all my rooms through expedia? When we first stepped into the building, the rug in the hall odor was so strong, it was breathtaking. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was nice, but when I asked about the room upgrade, she was clueless. We proceeded to to check-in. Entering the room, the room was filthy, nothing was clean and dust was on everything. Room had a strong as well. Called for house keeping no one came. Only thing nice abou this place is, that it was in a good walking distance on Canal. I'll never stay here again. 3/10 I do not recommend.

The hotel was in a great location in the French Quarter. Staff were very accommodating to our requests. The only negative was that the bathroom was not heated. I would stay here again.

Overall recommended.

Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Charming room, high ceiling, exposed brick. Not luxury, but yet elegant and cozy. Advice: Stay on the lower floor for better water pressure. We also switched our room from facing the alley to one facing the main street because you hear a truck cleaning or picking up garbage that will keep u up for a while.

Close to to different restaurants & since it was Madi Gras got to see the parades without having to wait for it. Use Parade Tracker & once it was neal, we walk down (2 mins)

Property is located in the French Quarter- it is a beautiful hotel, but bring your ear plugs because Burbon street is close by and there is a party going on every night.
