Lofty Ceilings and Modern Comfort

Summary:
Centrally located less than a mile from the French Quarter and St Charles Ave you will feel right at home! The lofty ceilings in this home make the already oversized rooms feel even more spacious and hug you in their expansiveness. The living space is comfortable for your whole group with an open kitchen concept design with all stainless steel appliances. If you are coming fashion-loaded, the walk-in closet is fantastic; & make sure to enjoy the spacious standing shower in the private bathroom.

The Space:
You will enter into a large but cozy open concept living/kitchen area touting all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Appliances include electric stove/range combo, dishwasher, large fridge, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic utensils and cooking gear you'll need to make a simple meal.

Rest well in two large minimalist rooms with luxury bedding. Bedroom 1 features two queen beds, closet and dedicated workspace. Bedroom 2 showcases a comfortable king bed, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. There is a common bathroom in the hallway and an en suite primary bathroom featuring double vanities and a spacious standing shower.

Exit the back door to relax in the well-manicured backyard area.

The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located making it easy to get to nearly any part of New Orleans. Four blocks away from S Claiborne Ave which connects the west and east parts of New Orleans and less than a mile to both the French Quarter and St Charles Ave both famous for their alluring restaurants and venues.

Getting Around:
There is ample street parking in front of the house and the streetcar picks up about a mile away from the home on the iconic St Charles Ave with its wide avenues, beautiful oak trees and palatial homes (you can find more exhaustive information about Nola public transit on its RTA website). Otherwise, we suggest Uber/Lyft.

Interaction with Guests:
I am a bartender and work nights and long shifts so i'll either be sleeping or at work. We may not get a chance to interact during your stay due to my crazy schedule but feel free to message me anytime through the app!

I had an overall good stay at this property. The home itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in feeling comfortable during my visit. Communication with the host was excellent — they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out easy.The only downside was the neighborhood. It felt a bit rough at times, so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone looking for a super upscale area. That said, I didn’t have any issues personally, and the value for the price and convenience to downtown made it worth it.If you’re a traveler who prioritizes a clean space and good host support, this could be a solid option and I would certainly stay here again.

Smooth Quite Trip

The house was nice, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quite. The host was very communicative and through with their instructions. The home was less than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

Overall my stay went well. Everything was as advertised. The neighborhood appeared to be a little rough but it was actually decent. The inside of the house was really nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Quiet

This condo was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and son-in-law to babysit their 4-month-old baby. This unit was really nice as the master bedroom was very large and easily accommodated all of the baby's stuff.The second bedroom was very comfortable. The water pressure and amble heat in the showers was wonderful.The condo was easy to reach with an Uber but was just out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.

Easy location.

This place is big. Got enough room for me and my friends. The AC is amazing. So if you do come to New Orleans for the summer months this is a great spot to have. It is a convenient location. Quick to get to downtown an easy access to the hiways.highwa.

I loved the stay no interruption, no worrying about leaving the door unlocked no illegal things nor shooting going on. It’s in New Orleans I’ll say 10 min walk to the super dome! Everything was cleaned nice an smell good I just wished for more towels an soap an a broomstick an garbage bags other than that everything was perfect a1
