The Space:
This is a private room with en-suite bathroom. This gorgeous space is in a well-maintained historic B&B located in the heart of the Marigny. Please note, we no longer operate as a bed and breakfast. This room features it's own private bathroom, queen bed with plush linens, desk, TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and stocked with fresh linens for your comfort.
Guest Access:
You will have access to your private bedroom and your private en-suite bathroom. Your guest room is located in the front of the house. Enter the front door directly into your bedroom, easy peasy!

While situated in the Marigny, this home is located on the front porch of the French the city’s historic heart, famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings with cast-iron balconies. Crowd-pleasing Bourbon Street features jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, and raucous bars serving potent cocktails. Quieter streets lead to the French Market, with gourmet food and local crafts, and to Jackson Square where street performers entertain in front of soaring St. Louis Cathedral.

Owner has a well-behaved dog, Lucky, that lives with them on the back of the property. Guests do not share any common spaces with the dog and the dog does not go into any of the guest rooms but you may see them strolling along the sidewalk :)

We know you are on vacation to experience New Orleans, relax and enjoy! We like to give our guests a lot of privacy during their stay. You may not see us but we are always available for questions or issues via Airbnb messenger or our phone.
