The linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. The floor was filthy. My white socks were black within an hour of walking in the room without my shoes or slippers. Once I realized how dirty the floors were, I had my flip flops on at all times.

Overpriced

It was overpriced for the condition it was. Our tub took 15mins to drain in between showers. It filled up and our feet soaked in cloudy water while showering. All the front desk said they would send someone to look and they never came. Asked about a refund on 1/2 the stay due to amenities and was told no. Towels were very ruff. Cracks and holes throughout the room. The beds were soft. But our tv in both rooms didn’t work. Most channels kept blinking.

The rooms were barely clean. Housekeeping had to be to fix both beds and change the sheets. If two people are staying in the room, that would be common sense especially if both beds were slept in. The noise level was ridiculous! We could hear the people conversations next to us! I understand it was super bowl weekend, but the cost compared to the property, did not add up!
