Rude staff. Took 3 tries to get the room i reserved. Valet smoked weed in my van. Rooms were just okay. There was a big burn mark in the carpet. Maintenance had one of the bathrooms locked and took a day to come and unlock it. I would rather sleep in my car. This place was the most despicable place i have stayed in a very long time.

Great location, easy to access from the airport and close to Canal St. Nice, spacious room with settee, kitchen and 2 tvs. Reception staff very helpful. Disappointing breakfast, ran out of yogurts, bananas and staff had to be asked regularly to refill items, (but you won't go hungry in New Orleans).

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is only every seven days so I would recommend booking a service a few days in if (like me) you are there for a week.

It’s a library outside the hotel that has a homeless encampment and sketchy area. Inside the property look nice.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and roomy the room was. The front desk were so friendly and personable! Bed was comfortable. With in walking distance to the french quarter. No complaints from us!

The property is in a great location - close to the French Quarter, Bourbon St etc. There is public transport right outside the front door. The hotel is clean and tidy and offers a great breakfast.

For the price it is reasonable. It is a 20 minute walk from the French Quarter and the immediate neighborhood is sketchy but well patrolled by police. My biggest complaint is the breakfast buffet was inconsistent. Sometimes it felt like they cooked everything in the morning and let it sit there instead of refilling it periodically.
