None of the TV’s worked and “technician” didn’t speak English and couldn’t fix any of the TV’s. But, Sonesta made up for it with their friendly front desk staff and delicious breakfast.

On the website i was unaware of the $250 dollar deposit,on the phone i was told $100. The staff is nice but a little unprofessional in a way. The hotel itself was nice. There is a parking garage next to hotel. $20 for 24hrs

Staff was courteous but phone in room didnt work and tv didnt work. Asked for tv to be fixed as soon as we seen room and they did not fix it the whole time we were there. I asked 2x a day every day we were there. Still nvr fixed tv. Phone was never fixed either.
