Dear Management, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. First, the toilet in our room did not work properly. I had to flush it by hand, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there were dogs next to our room that were said to be service dogs, but they clearly were not. This issue was reported, yet no action was taken until the second night, and only after I complained again were we finally moved to another room. The breakfast experience was also very frustrating. We waited in line for approximately 45 minutes. When we finally reached the hostess, she informed us that breakfast was already over. No one came out to notify guests waiting in line that breakfast service had ended, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, or customer service. I am very dissatisfied and expect this matter to be taken seriously. I would appreciate a response explaining how this situation will be addressed.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The only hiccup was that check in took A LONG time. They only had 2 people working the desk ant 4PM and the lobby was very crowded with people trying to take pictures. It was awkward standing in line with luggage while people were cutting through us. Once we were checked in, things were excellent. We did not eat in the restaurants - although I did grab a coffee at Teddy’s which was good and well priced.
